You might think why there are 2 New Year's day? Korea follows the Regular calendar as well as the Lunar calendar. January 1st in the Regular calendar is what we all know, and for this year, in the Lunar calendar date, the first day of the year is on January 25th! Interesting right? Also a lot of people get confused on Korean age and International age, because in Korea we count our age differently. Internationally, people get older on the day of their birthdays.
