Introduction to Hanboknam 🎎





Hanboknam is the first tourist hanbok rental company that started in Jeonju. With 10 years of experience pioneering and maintaining the hanbok industry, we have grown and developed a deep expertise. We currently operate locations in Jeonju, Gyeongbokgung, Gyeongbokgung Premium, Changdeokgung, Bukchon Hanok Village, Jeonju Hanok Village and Yongin Korean Folk Village, and we plan to expand further into more traditional Korean sites. We offer a wide range of products, including basic hanbok, themed hanbok, wedding hanbok, and children's hanbok, with over 3,000 designs. We update our collection annually and lead design trends.





In addition to hanbok rentals, Hanboknam participates in various events, creates fun programs, and operates snap and profile packages to allow more people to experience and plan their hanbok experience. Our hanbok is loved domestically, with famous celebrities like BTS, Stray Kids, and Running Man team members also renting hanbok from us. As a 'Hanbok Entertainment Company,' we are creating 'enjoyable hanbok culture' and are now receiving love from international customers as well. Hanboknam is continuously working to make wearing hanbok a must-do tourist activity when visiting Korea.





How to Use Our Service

  1. Registration & ID Submission (We collect ID instead of a damage deposit for the hanbok)
  2. Store Belongings in Lockers
  3. Choose Your Hanbok
  4. Change into Hanbok
  5. Select Hairstyling/Accessories
  6. Check Rental Time & Payment at the Reception Desk
  7. Enjoy Your Hanbok Experience
  8. Return Hanbok (Don’t forget to take your ID)

  • Lockers, underskirts, basic hairstyling, hairbands, and fitting fees are free.

  • Located next to Gyeongbokgung Store (Basic/Theme hanbok can be upgraded to Premium)
  • Many luxurious hanbok designs that are trendy on social media and look like historical drama costumes
  • More diverse hairstyling options
  • Packages available for snaps, profiles, and professional hair/makeup (reservation required)
  • Higher prices but more luxurious hanbok
  • Additional free benefits include lockers, two fitting fees, hair accessories, bags, shoes, hats, high-quality underskirts, inner pants, and socks
